Folks,

I have checked the manual for Ver. 1.8c, but don't see a command which would
allow me to change a subscriber's e-mail address without doing the delete/add
thing. Am I missing something?

I operate 40+ lists which are all subscription-by-approval, and it seems that
more and more folks are changing ISP's and e-mail addresses. It's keeping me
really hopping lately making all the changes.

Would be great to have both a by-subscriber and by-owner command which would
allow an address change in one line; e.g. CHANGE [subscriber-address1] TO
[address2]

with the confirmation feature included to prevent somebody from fooling with
others' subscriptions.

As things are, I frequently get notes from current subscribers asking for an
address change, but they do not include their name in the request. I can of
course do a SCAN and find the name associated with the old address, but that
is an extra couple steps that a "CHANGE" command could eliminate.

Can anyone give me any pointers?

Thanks,

John Roraback
