I started working on getting the List Owners WEB Management Interface to do
bulk commands.  We have added the directory "upload" where the Site
managers manual suggests.  I am in quest for the information on how to give
the WA.exe access to the directory and are there any site configurations
changes that need to be made?  We are running Listserv 1.8d on a Windows NT
server.
