Listers,

I'm having problems creating a list. I am logged into the LISTSERV host
using my personal ID, I su to root and/or to listserv ID and try to issue

lcmd put TEST-L list

but it comes back with an email to my personal ID saying that I don't have
the priviledge to create a list. What am I doing wrong here? I searched the
archives but it's tough to find anything.
