Assuming that the Listserv service is running and that this is a Microsoft Windows server, check the firewall settings on the server.

I'm getting the following error since the patch install by our network people over the weekend.

Error during command authentication.

Error - unable to initiate communication with LISTSERV (errno=10061, phase=CONNECT, target=127.0.0.1:2306). The server is probably not started.
