I've got a SUPERCON EXEC which uses CMS Pipelines 1.1.6 to filter out
routine messages for LISTSERV, LMAIL, XMAILER, RSCS V3, and some local
guest userids.  It's not exactly optimized for easy local installation, but
it might be a good place to start.  :-) A pre-LMAIL version is up on
VMSHARE and the CMSPIP-L filelist at MARIST; ask me if you want the later
version.  (Yes, I need to update those versions one of these days.)
