The opposite ...
I did  an "AFD  GET * *  TRACK-D" on  my LISTSERV from  a vanilla  userid. The
response was "File * * is unknown ...".
And: I  got the  same response  from a remote  LISTSERV where  I have  the PUT
authorization AND where the files exist.
