LISTSERV only rebuilds DOMAIN NAMESUM if it's older than DOMAIN NAMES
so TELL LISTSERV CMS ERASE DOMAIN NAMESUM and the next time LISTSERV
needs DOMAIN NAMESUM it will rebuild it and I'll bet LSV$DNT gets
called.
