I have a list of flags:
 
81 ACK (A), NOACK (a), MSGACK (M)
83 FILES (F), NOFILES (f)
85 SHORTHDR ( ), FULLHDR (F)
86-87 subscription year (yy) or deletion year (yy)
88-90 subscription day (ddd) or deletion day (ddd)
91 normal ( ), deletion pending (D), confirmation wiaved (W)
92 CONCEAL (C), NOCONCEAL ( )
 
I know how to use REPRO and NOMAIL (not listed) but how  do these others
work?
 
Also, how to add a mailform to listserv's A disk?  Since there is no
entry for it in a filelist, I cannot lsvput it.
