is not the one Ben sent.  That was

        http://www.lsoft.com/news/default.asp?item=advisory0

and I have verified that it works.  I suspect a mail gateway between
us and you did something odd to the message, possibly related to
quoted-printable encoding.

Just to be on the safe side, after the question mark in the above URL
there is the word "item", then an equals sign, then the word
"advisory", then the numeral zero.

Information on the "Attachments=" keyword (which I believe is what
Ben was referring to) is included in the updated Site Manager's and
List Owner's manuals on the website.  I'm not sure that all versions
of the documentation have been updated yet, but the plaintext and
Word versions definately have (and the HTML versions of Appendix B).
