Yes I looked in the manual and I searched the list archives ...

So, can anybody tell me if I can set an upper limit on the number of
messages that a particular subscriber can post to the list during a 24 hour
period? I know that I can set the limit on the entire number of postings to
the list, but I really just want to stop one subscriber from driving the
rest of us crazy without actually turning off her posting privileges or
reviewing everything that she posts.
