thanks Eric, that sounds hopeful. Can I try that out with a
LISTSERV-LITE Installation. Or, where can I find a test 14.4 server?
And, maybe somebody here can elaborate shortly on the version-history of
LISTSERV (as I wrote already I'm relatively unexperienced with
LISTSERV).
RELEASE on our site yields:
LISTSERV(R) for Windows version 1.8e, managed by:

As far as I understand 1.8e is the same like either 14.0, 14.1,
14.2 or 14.4. A bit confusing for me. I have not done the
installation. How can I tell which one I have, can I upgrade to
14.4 with the present license and what do I need to have in
mind concerning the license keys?
Thanks a lot,
Oliver
