I need to know what all the keywords are that can go in a list header,
what the permissible values are for each, and what they all mean/do.  I can't
find a document in the base LISTSERV files that explains this for me.  This is
probably a FAQ, and the answer may exist out there in an archive somewhere,
but I am unsure where to go to look for any archives.  Any information
regarding this matter would be greatly appreciated.
