Look in the LOG files, the LISTSERV log file as well as the SMTPS log
files to see what is happening after you approve the message. If that
doesn't give any hints, look at the output spool directory to see if
.MAIL files tend to just sit there, and that would mean there's a
problem getting to LSMTP (though such problems would likely be logged
in the SMTPS log file). Finally you might want to turn on site
logging in LSMTP to see the details incoming transactions from the
LISTSERV machine (even if it's the same machine), and that might give
you a hint. Site logging is documented in:
