The home page for the Notre Dame LISTSERV server (http://listserv.nd.edu/)
has been extensively customized using a static html file. The web template
for the default home page has been modified to redirect the visitor's browser
to the URL for the static html file.

When I installed LISTSERV 1.8e-beta on a test system, I modified the web
template for the default home page to include the content of the static
html file. When we upgrade the production server to 1.8e, I intend to
retain that configuration.
