installing web interface

I want to install the web interface on an in-service LISTSERV, version
1.8d, build 26 Feb 1999.  The person who did the latest installation did
not see fit to install the web interface or to leave behind
the  wa  file.  Until we find someone to do a complete update of LISTSERV,
I'd like to get the web interface going.  I've downloaded Solaris.tar.Z and
common.tar.Z.

Can I use the WA file from the current build for the web interface?
