Looks like the binary zeroes are striking again. It used to happen quite
often at BITNIC, and the problem disappeared when they stopped handling
DISTRIBUTE jobs for most of BITNET. Now it's starting again around Rice.
Did anybody recently install service to their RSCS in this area? /Eric
