I have this issue where someone send an email to a list and the return email has the 10.0 font change to 100 points.  So it is large.  It will happened on a few emails every day.

The sent email (in outlook in my case) is 10 points, the return is 100 points of typeface.

Anyone seen anything like this?
We had the issue a few years ago and it was related to an old Novell gateway not re encoding periods at the end of soft line breaks correctly.  Replacing the gateway with a newer software fixed the issue.  Other suggestions have been a corrupt Word master template or the anti-virus checkers altering the email coming out of the list.
