I use Outlook Express. I found a way to set incoming email to plain text.

First select Tools on the top menu. Then select Options under Tools. Click the
Read tab in the Options window. About the middle of the window is the checkbox
that says "Read all messages in plain text." Check the box to read mail in plain
text and check OK to save.

Is there some way where you can have the option of receiving the posts as either
HTML or as plain text only? I have not found an option for that yet and we have
a few people who do not want to receive the messages as HTML.
