I resemble that remark :-)

I am the VP with whom your engineer spoke.  Immediately following that 
conversation, I did some research, and in early August, I initiated 
contact with BlackBerry directly, requesting to be placed in contact 
with their developers to discuss a fix to their time stamp.

At this point, multiple contacts to BlackBerry have failed to elicit any 
  further response following their initial acknowledgment.

I have pinged them again this afternoon.
