Seem to be email who go out from listserv by them self, if it's a list well,
I never created a list so I assume it's set by default by listserv and it's
annoying because it's causing issues to my system is there a way to stop it?

Can you provide more information? Is this unwanted email coming from  
a particular list?
What does the header of one of the messages look like (or the  
relevant log files)?
