And here's another Yahoo stupidity!

They are temp failing messages with "421 4.7.1 [TS03] Messages from
x.x.x.x permanently deferred. Retrying will NOT succeed".  The x.x.x.x is
their text as is emphasis.

If it will they are not going to accept the message from that IP address,
they reject it with a permanent code.

Morons.
