Maybe I'm a bit harsh in my thinking, but should I have any compassion for
people who get served out and don't know what to do? As I understand it,
unless an admin issues the 'quiet serve off' command, the user does, in
fact, get a notice that they have been served off and how to restore their
service. Should it be my concern that the person doesn't read the message they
get? I've read the message; it's not that technical or too complicated to
understand, is it?

Am I being too bitchy, or are the instructions too cryptic?
