the LISTCHNG MEMO; found it in my "still to read" pile 2 hours after
my question  :-/
 
I see I'm to implement the ":Internet." tag.
 
Remains the question: what do I do about list servers which do *not*
respect this tag?
 
I hope I backtracked soon enough to save people replying needlessly.
