Umm.. Miranda?

On this particular list, that *IS* the actual discussion.  LSTSRV-L is for
discussion of the Listserv software itself - as a result, it tends to be full
of complaints about bugs and errors.   You probably want to find some
other list for discussions of other topics, there's certainly enough
out there (the server I administer has 3,800+ lists all by itself).
