Referring to the "Error 100 from LSVBGN" on the enclosed console log

This is a fresh copy of BITEARN NODES fetched in from NETSERV@UTARLVM1
after UPDNODES VERS9403 Etc. crapped out.  There is consternation in
Texas over topology at the moment, but that should be next month.
I also have a new VM/ESA with CMS 10, though LISTSERV and LMAIL are
still using CMS 5.x.
 
In the meantime LISTSERV and LMAIL are giving me nightly messages
about BITEARN NODES.  If anybody has any hints, ...
