The LISTSERV line  monitor is now being officially released,  along with the
(pre-requisite) release 1.5l. Both have now been beta-tested long enough to be
deemed safe. The line monitor can  be obtained from LISTSERV@CEARN by means of
a  GET LMON  PACKAGE  LCOORD, and  as  usual  I recommend  to  AFD/FUI to  it.
LISTSERV@CEARN  has been  modified to  accept  PW ADD  commands from  LISTSERV
owners without requiring postmaster confirmation, and to reject GET/AFD/etc on
LCOORD FILELIST which don't come from a registered LISTSERV contact or NAD.
