I turned on the CONFIRM option for ALL open subscription lists at
this node several weeks ago. The number of messages bounced due to bad
addressing is down to less than 10/week from the worst case ( in mid-May )
of several HUNDRED.  Our policy REQUIRES option on all new open lists.
