The LISTSERV command is:  SERVE user_address OFF
 
To restore access, use: SERVE user_address
 
I know that SERVE causes that address to have no individual access to
LISTSERV (TELL cmd, commands in Mail, etc.).  But I don't know if that
user will be ignored in mailing list distributions.  I doubt it.
