Edit the message which gets sent to the owner, a CC: copy of which goes
back to the person requesting the subscription with the information.
Make a copy of $DEFAULT MAILFORM as LISTNAME MAILFORM, and delete all the
sections except the :ADDREQ1 section of the form and put the desired
information there.  Admittedly, it goes to the owner, but a cc: copy does
go to the subscriber, and they will get the information that way.  If you
make the owner a bit-bucket account, then you won't have to do anything
about the messages.
