Here at Ohio State U., we have one person handling RSCS and MAILER,
and is the NAD for OHSTVMA.  The LISTSERV postmaster is a different person
who is not even listed in BITEARN NODES.
 
Our NAD has no time or desire to mess with Netwide deletions.
 
At a mininum, I feel that the Listserv postmaster should also
have the privilage to issue netwide deletions.
