Your list is "Safe= No" which means  the default filter is active, and it
filters out  (among other  things) 'postmaster@*'.  Once you  are running
LMail and safe lists this problem will go away.
 
The "Confirm-Delay="  keyword takes  a number without  the 'h'.  The list
keyword parser would have pointed out this error (if it didn't, I'll have
to fix it).
