listname.MAILTPL files go in ~listserv/home.  The unix version doesn't
use .FILELIST files, you'll have to get a copy of the beta 1.8c maintainer's
manual and read chapter 8.4 regarding the new cataloging system.  The
format of the files has changed enough that you'll probably have to
recreate them.  Note that this assumes that you're using 1.8c or 1.8b
with the beta 1.8c functions and a 1.8c LAK, because the "stock" unix
1.8b version doesn't have the catalog functions.
