When you use the Wizard, it used to only edit the line you changed.
The WIZARD in the new wa is changing every line in the configuration file.

If you had lines with commas on them, it is removing them and putting them 
each onto its own line.

For example, if the example.LIST file contained this:

Subscription= Open,Confirm
Reply-To= None,Respect
Sizelim = 500K
Notify = No
Attachments= All,image,application/*msword,Filter

After you ran the wizard it would look like this:

Subscription= Open
Subscription= Confirm
Reply-To= None
Reply-To= Respect
Sizelim = 500K
Notify = No
Attachments= All
Attachments= image
Attachments= application/*msword
Attachments= Filter

Although the functionality is the same, this is changing the appearance of 
configuration files which have been in existance for quite some time.  This 
can break external scripts which look for certain options on the same line.

Does anyone know why this was done? (ie why remove EVERY comma in the list 
file, just because you use the Wizard to change one option!?)
