We have several lists that are connected to either Oracle or SQL Server
database tables.

We have been getting more and more of these errors stating that the list
in use by another process.

Can someone explain exactly what is going on?

The timing of this particular example 00:03:02 leads me to believe that
Listserv keeps trying to access the list, since I doubt that there is
user trying to mail to this list at midnight.

File E:\LISTSERV\MAIN\XXXXXXX.LIST is in use by another process - will
retry.

### Will keep trying for 60000ms...

### Will keep trying for 59000ms...

### Will keep trying for 58000ms...

### Will keep trying for 57000ms...
