I would like to once again re-introduce my question about owners of lists
being notified of changes to their lists. I have lists where the owner
of the list is another list called LSTMNGRS. When one of the people
in LSTMNGRS adds or deletes someone from a list - the others in the
LSTMNGRS list are *not* notified of the change - where before 1.5k they
were. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?
 
also, should not the LSV$CC?? (the console spool controller, whatever the
name is) be executed when the SHUTDOWN command is executed without
the REIPL option? Can this be added for the next release?
