We're trying to modify the default.mailtpl for a list. It seems that the
.fo off  function doesn't seem to work. Basically, we have:
 
>>> POST_EDITOR Message sent to user when posting is forwarded to editor
.FO OFF
this is the
text we don't
want formatted.
.FO ON
 
However, the message sent back is formatted. Does this work correctly
in 1.8c Unix (AIX)?
