Not sure who this should goto

I am trying to upgrade to 1.8D and I keep getting this error message "The
ordinal 32 could not be located in the dynamic link library  ODBC32.DLL".  I am
dead in the water and the server is down!  I am running NT 4.0 with service pack
6.
