I've seen some list headers with keywords that are not documented in
any of the listserv.* or listownr.* files that I have. Of particular
interest to me is the keyword Owner (quiet:) (I don't recall if that was
the exact syntax).  What does this command do?  Does it prevent owners
from receiving routine ack messages and notifications?  More importantly,
where is this keyword, and others, documented?  I am using a 1.8a listserv.
