The userid LISTMNGR is the postmaster at UIUCVMD for LISTSERV.  This userid
will be doing most or all adds and deletes on lists.  If any lists have peers
then those peers need to see LISTMNGR@UIUCVMD as an OWNER even though they
do not here at UIUCVMD since LISTMNGR is a postmaster.  Could you update
all occurences of PHIL@UIUCVMD as a peer list owner to LISTMNGR@UIUCVMD
in all lists peered to ones at UIUCVMD.
 
I expect to hand over at least part of the LISTSERV duties to others, but
instead of adding userids all the time, all work will be done from LISTMNGR.
