You can configure a list to distribute postings only during certain periods, for
example, between 2:00 a.m. and 4:00 a.m. daily. Postings received between 4:00
a.m. and 2:00 a.m. are automatically held until 2:00 a.m.

Use the 'Prime=' keyword to configure the list.
