I have a list named WEBSPHERELIST.  The first owner listed in the header is
trying to log into the web interface to manage the list but Listserv
indicates that her address is not authorized.  I've attempted it as well
with the same result.  Unless I'm missing something, she SHOULD be able to
manage the list.  Does anyone see anything wrong with this header?  Thanks
in advance.
