When I attempt to restart the LISTSERV service (using Windows Services), I
get "Error 1067: The process terminated unexpectedly". (Using the DOS start
command, the window opens and closes so quickly I cannot see if it gives any
errors.)

In reviewing LISTSERV's log, I see this error:

The error occurs in the logs after LISTSERV sends out some (or all) daily
nondelivery monitoring reports and immediately after it starts to rebuild
the archives:

I received two email error messages from LSMTP about the same time we began
having trouble with LISTSERV. They are basically identical:

LSMTP seems to have terminated abnormally.  Debugging information is
included
below, so please forward this message when reporting the problem.  Thank
