I want mailings to a list (MINI-JIR) processed in non-prime time only.
 
I set the following in the LOCAL SYSVARS
PRIMETIME = 'MON-FRI: 00:00-01:00 05:00-24:00;',
            'SAT: 05:00-15:00; SUN: -'
and set 'Prime= no' 'Mail-via= DIST2' in the list header.
 
In WAKEPARM FILE the following is specified:
ALL      &00:30   08:00:00 Call LSVPRIME
 
When the Editor sent mail to the list, the mail got processed
as soon as LISTSERV received it.
 
What else do I do to get the file suspended until non-prime time ?
