        I have inherited the managment of several lists, running via listserv
6.0.  I now need to know how to create a "closed" list.  That is, a
list that requires the list-manager's consent for subscription.  I
have been told it can be done, but the only way I can see how to do it
is to make the list a moderated list (which is undesirable in this
case.)
 
Any help or pointers would be greatly appreciated.
