I run a C++ user group in Calgary Canada and would like to set
up a mailing list for the group members.  We're about 30
people right now and I don't imagine that anyone wants to
spend real money to do this.  I've heard that there might be a
way to set up a list for free that I can administer remotely.
I don't have a host connected to the Internet, I just have an
e-mail account on a local ISP's host.  I'm a C++ programmer
and shouldn't have any trouble administering the list given
minimal documentation.  Can you help?
