As a new administrator, I have a couple of questions
I haven't been able to find the answers for in the documentation.
 
 
1. How do we dynamically access mode letters for a listserv list?
And how is this specified in the notebook parameter?
 
 
2. How do we set up a list that sends a confirmation to the
subscriber requiring a response to verify his address?
 
Any answers, or where to find them in the documentation will help.
