One of our list owners wants to modify the message that is sent when a
subscription request is received from an address that is outside the
service area specified for the list. I have searched the default.*tpl
files, but cannot find this message. We are currently running LISTSERV
1.8e but intend to upgrade to LISTSERV 14.5 by year-end.

Your subscription request has been denied.  Contact the list owner
