If I want to set-up a mailing-list which redistributes a USEnet newsgroup
among subscribers who have only e-mail access to the net do I need to have
special permission for this or can I just go ahead without asking?
 
I don't want to gateway mail to a newsgroup via this mailing-list. Where can
I refer my subscribers if they want to post on USEnet via e-mail? Is there a
site which supports a Mail to News gateway? I thought decwrl.dec.com did but
I have my doubts...
