Is there a list anywhere of the syntax and semantics of all the list keywords?
I was trying to add Digest capability, and in searching for something that
might tell me what the syntax for that was, browsed LSTKEYWD FILE and
discovered quite a few options I didn't recognize, but sounded worth
exploring.
