If a message comes in, and it is from one of the listed editors, the
message will go back to that editor for confirmation. In other
words, editors confirm their own messages.

If a message comes in from any other address (it's from a non-editor
in other words) then by default it goes to the first-listed editor.

If you want to override this, it's most simply done using the
Moderator= keyword.

Moderator= first@address,second@address,...,last@address

With the above setup, the first message from a non-editor goes to the
first moderator for approval, the second such message goes to the
second moderator, and so on.

If you want all messages to go to all moderators for approval, so
that any one of them can approve it, use

Moderator= All,list@of,mod@erators,..
